Family Fun in Palmerston North

05 April 2012

It's not OK fans came in handy at the Westbrook Community Day in Palmerston North on Saturday 31 March.

The message for the day was 'We don't want family violence in our community so let's come together, have fun, and let everyone know.'

The Community Day was part of the local family violence prevention campaign led by the Palmerston North City Council and supported by the It's not OK Campaign.

Hundreds of people visited the It's not OK stall, took resources, talked to the team and champions Vic Tamati and Jeremy Eparaima. Vic and Jeremy also took to the stage to tell their stories of change.
