Community Action Fund
A further $1m has been approved as part of the campaign to fund community family violence prevention projects.
In the fourth round of the Community Action Fund, 50 new projects received support.
This brings the total number of community projects funded to 147.
The Community Action Fund supports projects in New Zealand communities to change attitudes and behaviours that ignore, excuse, minimise or trivialise the effects of family violence.
The fund is targeted at small scale community initiatives.
