If you are affected by violence at home, it can have an effect on how you cope at work.

Help is available. Knowing who to ring or where to go is important.

Talk to your manager if possible. If you are working for a large company, you can talk to your HR department, in confidence, to find out what's available.

Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) are available for many people where personal problems are affecting their work performance.
